Summary of CGDA work – February 2026

• Improved CGDA web design, the next steps are an automated newsletter, short descriptions of all member companies, a database of all domestic games, the addition of marketing and publishing materials, and a reworked section for ads.
• Meeting with PISMO incubator regarding upcoming projects in Novska, including support from CGDA for their application to the EDIH project AI & Gaming.
• We joined Panzer Division Games (Game Attack at Dawn), Worcco Arts (Game Rod of Asclepius), Bad Cog (Game It Takes a Tribe) and ORQA (Game FPV Skydive) in CGDA – we are always actively looking for new members and feel free to contact us if you want to be a new member – we currently have over 40 active members who make up over 90% of the workforce in the sector.
• The annual work plan and program for 2026 was adopted at the regular Assembly of the association, which includes the Games from Croatia Steam sale (in the week of June 9th), several networking events (barbeque, xmas party) and one educational event for new game developers (April 25th), and of course, going to Gamescom and other fairs as every year.

In March, expect:
• Industry analysis for 2024-2025 is completed and will be presented in agreement with our sponsor A1
• Continuation of discussions on city tenders for video game support (starting with the City of Zagreb)
• New information on cash rebate support for video games and a new tender for complementary activities, both as part of HAVC sometime this year
